Nepente comes with a yellow colour of straw, offering a delicate aroma and elegant hawthorn and jasmine flower aroma, that leaves the mouth with citric aroma. With a well defined structure, fresh, elegant , well balanced and slightly savoury taste.

This is a wine made through a process known as vinificazione in bianco, using nerello mascalese red grape variety, harvested in the first decade of September. The must after its first phases, goes through fermentation in iron, staying at a temperature not greater than 18C, and rest for some months until it comes the time for bottling.
